Each login normally requires your target computer to be connected to the corporate network. This requirement is also based on the fact that the credentials provided must be validated by the SystoLOCK server.
All Assisted Logins require you to use SystoLOCK Companion to login and to have SystoLOCK Accounts configured in it. Other OTP-generating apps cannot perform an assisted Login.
For Offline Login to work, you will need to publish SystoLOCK Endpoints to the internet and enroll your workstation for Offline Login.
If your target computer is offline or the corporate network is inaccessible, you can now use "Offline Login", a special feature that allows you to work around this problem.
SystoLOCK Client will automatically detect the offline status and prompt you with an Offline Login prompt if the computer has been successfully enrolled for Offline Login:
Scan the QR code provided with SystoLOCK Companion and enter your PIN when prompted. SystoLOCK Companion will access your SystoLOCK Server(s) and present you with a response code. Enter this response code into the appropriate field on your computer to complete the login process.
Offline Login will only work if:
› an administrator has allowed the computer to be logged in offline
› the computer had since connected to AD
› you have previously logged in into it with the same user
› SystoLOCK Companion has access to the internet (for SystoLOCK versions prior to 2.10) or...
› Autonomous Offline Login is enbaled for the target computer
Offline Login prior to SystoLOCK version 2.10 will delete all locally saved credetials governed by data protection manager
